Protected Designation of Origin, "Terre di Siena"
"Terre di Siena" is one of the first Italian D.O.P.s for oil. This demonstrates its unequivocal vocation for quality production. Along with the terroir par excellence, our own work plays a vital role: hand-picking, and pressing at a controlled temperature immediately after the harvest. This is how we obtain our extra virgin olive oil with typical characteristics of the best Sienese production.
