3,500 plants per hectare in the old vineyards, 5000 in the new ones.
cordon-trained and spur-pruned and Guyot system.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Light pressing, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30° with racking and délestage; maceration after fermentation for 25 days.
12 months in barriques and at least 12 months in bottles.
10-15 years, during which it will improve in balance.
